Hamilton has been licensed to conduct investigations in the State of California since 1993. His background
includes FBI (surveillance & undercover operations), San Diego City Attorney's Office (fraud and civil pre-trial
investigations - both defense and plaintiff), San Diego Law Enforcement Training Instructor, Special Investigations
Unit Manager, Workers' Compensation Investigations Instructor and General Investigations Training Instructor for
Private Investigators, Law Firms and insurance carriers.
Hamilton specializes in AOE/COE, Subrogation, Civil Pre-trial, Asset Searches, Background and Catastrophic Claims.
He has completed fraud packages for local law enforcement agencies with a large number of convictions. After the
convictions, Hamilton has filed Civil Restitution Orders (CR-110) with the courts and the respective county recorders
office. Hamilton is also a Certified Trainer in Workers' Compensation Investigations, Accident Investigations and
Evidence Photography. Hamilton is a court qualified expert in the areas of Photography, Missing Persons and Accident

Gray has been licensed to conduct investigations in the state of California since 1997. Her background in
database searches and personnel for the US Military, workers' compensation training and claims experience in
the 1990's, and her experience teaching acting has proved to be a great match for insurance investigations.
Gray has specialized in insurance and employment investigations since 1997. Her expertise is interviewing
witnesses, the insured and claimants regarding workers' compensation (AOE/COE, Subrogation, Serious & Willful
and Catastrophic), General Liability / Slip & Fall / Automobile Theft & Accidents. She has built and supervised
both surveillance and AOE/COE teams, and has staffed large events and companies in the biotechnology,
pharmaceutical and Private Investigation industries.
